胃十二指腸潰瘍(Gastric and duodenal ulcer) 是指胃與十二指腸部位的慢性潰瘍，臨床上以週期性發作上腹部疼痛為特徵。 
基礎保健主穴：脾俞BL20、胃俞BL21、中脘CV12、內關PC6、足三里ST36
